9/4（火）の大型の台風21号により被災されたお客様におかれましては、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

台風21号が大阪・神戸に直撃し、各AUTOHUB提携ヤードに甚大な被害が報告されました。

よって今週の大阪港・神戸港からのシッピングサービスを停止し、次週10日(月)よりサービスを再開できるよう準備させて頂きます。なお、関東・名古屋・九州に関しては、問題なくサービスを提供させていただきます。

現在、お客様からお預かりしている車輌の損傷等を調査しております。出来る限り迅速にお客様へご連絡させていただきます。

We would like to give our heartfelt concerns to customers who have been effected by the No. 21 Typhoon that hit West Japan on the 4^th of September.

The Typhoon went directly over Osaka and Kobe, there has been reports of serious damage at AUTOHUB affiliated yards. So we will stop Shipping service from 6^th to 9^th Sep and we will try to get ready for supplying you the service from 10^th Sep. With regards to Kanto / Nagoya / Kyushu, we will supply services as usual. 

Currently our team are investigating damage etc. of our customers vehicles.

If there is a vehicle of yours that has been damaged, we will contact you as soon as possible.
